The first consultation begins the exploratory phase. During this free consultation, we will learn about your business and uncover your needs.
During the second consultation we will present solutions tailored to meet your specific needs. Once both parties agree on the recommended solutions, a written engagement letter will be executed. The engagement letter will outline the scope of work and set a projected timeline for implementation.
During each subsequent consultation KBMJ will work with you to achieve your goals and objectives. A session review sheet will be given to you at the end of each session to review the details of the session and outline follow up items.
